Circuit Court for Baltimore City to unveil mosaic of Congressman Elijah E. Cummings

On Monday, August 9, 2021, the Circuit Court for Baltimore City will unveil a mosaic of the late Congressman Elijah E. Cummings at the Cummings Courthouse. Art with a Heart was commissioned by the Elijah Cummings Youth Program (ECYP) to create a unique piece of art honoring the legacy of the late congressman. More than 45 people varying in age, race, and gender including alumni and personal friends of Congressman Cummings participated in the creation of the mosaic. Please note that due to the reinstatement of the mask mandate, masks will be required inside the building regardless of vaccination status.
