New Cost Schedules Effective July 1, 2015

Pursuant to Chapter 488 of the 2015 Laws of Maryland, effective July 1, 2015, the cost to file proceedings in Maryland courts will increase as follows:

• Court of Appeals and Court of Special Appeals -- $11 per case
• Circuit Courts – $30 for initial filings and $6 to file modifications to existing civil filings, subject to the fee schedule
• District Court – $3 for summary ejectment cases, $6 for civil small claims, and $8 for all other civil cases
