Caroline County District Court

Welcome to the District Court of Maryland for Caroline County located in Denton, MD.

The District Court hears landlord/tenant cases, replevin actions, traffic violations, criminal cases classified as misdemeanors and certain felonies, and civil cases in the amount of $30,000 or less. The District Court does not conduct jury trials.

The courthouse is located at 207 S. Third Street, Denton, MD 21629-1229. For assistance with special needs, contact the court immediately.

Route 50 east to Route 404 East for 15 miles. Take Alt. Route 404, turn right onto Third St. Court is located one block down.
