talbot County District Court

Welcome to the District Court of Maryland for Talbot County located in Easton, MD.

The District Court hears landlord/tenant cases, replevin actions, traffic violations, criminal cases classified as misdemeanors and certain felonies, and civil cases in the amount of $30,000 or less. The District Court does not conduct jury trials.

The courthouse is located at 108 W. Dover Street, Easton, MD 21601-2620. For assistance with special needs, contact the court immediately.

Follow Route 50 to Easton. Turn right onto Dover St. Follow Dover 3 lights and 1 stop sign. Court is next to Police Station.
