Worcester County Ocean City District Court

Welcome to the District Court of Maryland for Worcester County located in Ocean City, MD.

The District Court hears landlord/tenant cases, replevin actions, traffic violations, criminal cases classified as misdemeanors and certain felonies, and civil cases in the amount of $30,000 or less. The District Court does not conduct jury trials.

The courthouse is located at 6505 Coastal Highway, Ocean City, MD 21842-7313. No food or drink are permitted in this building. All Entrants into the building must pass through Security and Metal Detectors. For assistance with special needs, contact the court immediately.

General 
From Route 50 proceed east toward Salisbury/Ocean City Exit. Right off 50 to take Route 90 entrance to Ocean City. After crossing bridge, take left at stop light onto Coastal Highway. Stay in left lane t turn at next stop light (65th Street). Well marked - large District Court sign at end of Street. Proceed down street - District Court Building on right.
