NOTICE: Meeting scheduled pertaining to Maryland Rule 16-910

The public is invited to attend an emergency meeting scheduled for Tuesday, March 6, at 2 p.m., at the Court of Appeals’ conference room, located on the 4th Floor of the Robert C. Murphy Courts of Appeal Building in Annapolis. To view the notice, CLICK HERE. The discussion will revolve around Rule 16-910, which pertains to the Maryland Judiciary’s online CaseSearch and the exclusion of the names of law enforcement officers and other individuals. Background information on Rule 16-910 is available HERE. At this time, there will be no interviews with the media. 

Seating is limited, so please arrive early if you wish to attend. At this time, the meeting will be taking place in the conference room and cameras are not permitted. If there is a large turnout, the meeting will be moved to the Court of Appeals courtroom and will be available to the general public via webcast.
