Orders Administratively Suspending and Decertifying Attorneys and Orders Reauthorizing the Practice of Law

Information Regarding Decertification and Suspension Orders Relating to IOLTA/Pro Bono Reporting and Payment of Client Protection Fund Assessments

Annually, the Supreme Court issues an order that temporarily suspends or decertifies attorneys who are in default of their obligations to report IOLTA accounts (Rule 19-409), to report pro bono participation (Rule 19-503), and to pay assessments to the Client Protection Fund (Rule 19-605). The attorneys listed in each order remain suspended or decertified until they satisfy their obligations under those rules. Once an attorney has satisfied their obligations, a recertification/reinstatement order will be issued. For further information, please contact the Clerk’s Office at (410)260-1500.
