Born in Maryland on March 8, 1960.
Graduate of Washington High in 1978 and Maryland State Police Academy in 1987. Twenty-seven year veteran of the Maryland State Police, including 15 years at Barrack X, Princess Anne, as road patrol trooper, investigator and supervisor. Federal Bureau of Investigation Task Force, with areas of responsibility across Maryland’s Eastern Shore, as well as Southern Maryland. Maryland Troopers Association Lodge President and a representative to the National Troopers Coalition, charter member of the Mt. Vernon Volunteer Fire Company, member of Sons of the American Legion – Post 94 (Princess Anne), Crisfield Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks – Lodge #1044, Princess Anne Lions Club, Westover Moose Lodge, Manokin Lodge #106 A.F. & A.M., Tony Tank Tribe #149 and the National Rifle Association. Married with two children.
