Queen Anne's Custodian of Records Lists
- In criminal matters: The Clerk’s Office provides a Custodian of Records List to help determine custodians who may need to receive copies of your Petition for Expungement. Often, you will need at least three (3) copies of your Petition when you file it with the clerk.
- The petitioner must file with the clerk’s office sufficient number of copies of the Petition for service on the State’s Attorney and each law enforcement agency named in the Petition. MD Rule 4-504(c).
- In juvenile matters: If the court grants your Petition for Expungement, the Clerk’s Office provides a Custodian of Records List to help in determining who may need to receive copies of your Order.
