In addition, these and other records are maintained electronically at the courthouse and can be viewed at the Clerk's Office utilizing the internal software program, PaperVision.

Mdlandrec.net - a digital image retrieval system for land record indices in Maryland. It is provided at no charge to individuals who apply for a user name and password. To apply, complete the online application. You will be notified by email when your account is activated.
Plats.net - a digital image reference system for plats recorded with the Land Office and the Circuit Courts of Maryland. Access can be granted with the username: plato and the password: plato#.
SDAT Real Property Search - provides ownership and value information about every parcel of real property in the State of Maryland (approximately 2,000,000 accounts), as well as sales of real property. This is a service of the Maryland Department of Assessments and Taxation.
Case Search - provides public access to case records originating within the District Court and Circuit Courts.
